Protecting your personal effects

The strength of IHCExpress is its staff, many of whom have spent their entire working careers with the company. Training plays an important role in the Group across all job portfolios, empowering teams and individuals alike to advance their careers internally.

Our packing teams are trained to take all reasonable precautions to prevent unauthorised access to the work site. Every effort is made to protect the removal site, products, materials, work and any buildings from damage or theft.

Protecting your Information

IHCExpress understands how important it is to protect our clients’ personal data. At IHCExpress, procedures have been adopted and implemented to regulate how information is received, documented and disseminated both within the company and to third party suppliers that are required to complete successful move operations on our behalf. Regular internal and third party security audits are performed to identify any potential issues and ensure that the company remains compliant in its data confidentiality, integrity and flow procedures.

Data Security Servers are backed up continuously, avoiding the risk of data loss. Our security standards are led by ISO 27001 standard implementation: encryption of all our mobile units, strengthening of our backup procedures etc. See our data privacy policy.

Media Monitoring

Through our partners, we offer sophisticated emergency response services through our 24/7 Alarm Monitoring and Intervention Center. GPS tracking and tracing allows us to monitor vehicles, containers and valuable cargo with the utmost accuracy. We are able to offer active/passive monitoring solutions that provide organizations with complete cargo transparency and supply chain integrity from origin to destination with agreed and planned route control, rest breaks and overnight parking.

Using the Asset Monitoring Portal, you can actively monitor your cargo at any point in the supply chain or intervene only when an alert is generated by the Customer or the Customer’s driver.
